The Single Leg Squat: The Best Leg Exercise Of All Time!
The single leg squat is my favorite leg exercise of all time! Its such a great exercise no matter what your goal may be. To top it off, you can literally do this exercise anywhere! Begin by doing sets of 10 reps on each leg and work up to 15 reps on each leg. Once you can do multiple sets of 15 reps on each leg with ease, add weight and/or lower the height of the chair.
