Fancy Toast
Sourdough toast topped with avocado, soft scramble, crème fraiche, red onion, chives + @roecaviar
Start by grilling a slice of sourdough in a cast iron skillet
Meanwhile, make a soft scrambled egg, slice an avocado then top with creme fraiche, diced red onion, chives and a scoop of caviar (make sure to use a pearl spoon or a metal spoon will leave a funky taste)
