Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Energy Balls

Full of healthy fats, protein - plus gluten-free and dairy-free. These are ridiculously good for on the go or traveling to keep you full and energized! No joke, them only take 5 minutes to make, try them out and let me know what you think!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

  • 1 Tbsp Flax Seeds

  • 1 Tbsp Bee Pollen

  • 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder

  • 3 Pitted Whole Dates

  • 1 Scoop Vital Proteins Vanilla Collagen Peptides

MAKES 6 Energy Balls (size: one-inch)

  1. Add each of the ingredients into a food processor or blender

  2. Blend until all of the ingredients are smooth and sticking together

  3. Remove from the blender and roll into 1-inch balls

  4. Keep in the fridge for later or enjoy now
