Abs: All You Need Is A Skateboard

Its here! The second part of the the two part series of working out with a skateboard!

I was inspired to do this workout by a friend who mentioned they wish they could work out at home but didn't have any equipment other than a longboard. And, so the lunge edition and ab edition of all you need is a skateboard was created. There's really no reason to go to the gym other than external motivation when you can use your own bodyweight and your surroundings. This workout can be done in less than 10 minutes from the convenience of your home or even at your local skatepark! 

The Workout - 

5 Rounds (Complete each exercise 1-3, rest for 1 minute and repeat)

  1. Knee Tucks x 20 reps

  2. Pikes x 15 reps

  3. Roll Outs x 10 reps
